But you're likely to stay wide awake if you stub your toe on some hard object carelessly left between you and the toilet door.
5. Make a careful check that the drapes covering the windows have no little gaps in them. A glare of sun focussing on your face through a gap in the drapes can awaken you more easily than you might believe. You know it's the end part of a night's sleep that have no equal. Don't upset times such as these.
