Should you find the need to visit the bathroom later falling asleep again is often easy enough. However, you'll find it much more difficult if you injure your toes on something hard and unyielding carelessly left on the path from your bed to the bathroom.
5. Check carefully that the curtains covering the windows are fully closed. A ray of sunshine penetrating your sweet dreams through a hole in the blinds will bring you awake much faster than you might believe. And its often the end part of a night's sleep that are the best. Do nothing that might spoil times such as these.
