Should you find the need to visit the bathroom later you normally won't find it difficult to get off to sleep again. However, you'll find it much more difficult should you bang your foot on some hard object carelessly left on the path from your bed to the bathroom.
5. Check carefully that the curtains on each window are fully closed. A glare of sun focussing on your face through a gap in the drapes will bring you awake much faster than you'd ever think. And its often the closing moments of your sleep that have no equal. Be careful not to interfere with such a special time.
Of course, when all's said and done it's you that's booking the room, and what you do is up to you. However my advice have kept me in good stead when I'm on the move and staying in hotel rooms, and with that in mind you could do worse than try them.
