Facts regarding Ocean city New Jersey Pet friendly hotels
Those of us who travel need hotels. Its part of the travelling deal, but there's no reason why you should suffer less than acceptable service. Here are a few tips to get the best out of your hotel experience.
1. Never take a room next to an lift, or in the vicinity of an ice machine, or any other kind of vending machine. Everything might appear perfect before you go to bed. But afterwards when the lights are out you will find it impossible to ignore the movements and become aware of every little sound throughout the night.

***** 5 star hotels - simply sumptuous luxury.
**** 4 star hotels - still quite magnificent.
*** 3 star hotels - probably the quality of hotel most of us use.
** 2 star hotels - still acceptable, but with less frills.
* 1 star hotels - the economy range. | 2. If you cannot get a room that's not close to annoying sounbds, remember to pack suitable earplugs before setting off. You can get by by ramming soft paper inside your ears, but a proper pair of earplugs are like to have more effect and feel much more comfortable, giving you a far superior nights sleep.
3. Examine the alarm clock where you're staying to make sure it has been turned off. Sometimes former hotel visitors with a strange sense of humour set the room alarm clock to a time in the 'wee small hours' for a bit of fun. It may seem funny to them at the time, but I'll bet that when it rings at 5am, you won't laugh as you suddenly come awake in a strange darkened room with an alarm clock ringing loudly!
4. Before getting into bed for the night, keep in mind the direct path from the bed to where the toilet is, and make sure the path is completely clear. If you need to go to the toilet in the middle of the night you can usually fall asleep again with ease. However, you'll find it much more difficult should you bang your foot on some hard object discarded somewhere between the bed and the bathroom.
5. Make a careful check that the drapes of your room windows are fully closed. Bright sunlight in the morning landing on you sleeping face through a gap in the drapes can awaken you more easily than you'd ever think. And its often those last hours of sleep that rank way above the rest. Be careful not to interfere with such a special time.
However, when all's said and done it's you that's booking the room, and the world's your oyster. But my ideas on living in hotels have kept me in good stead when Im travelling and using hotels, so I recommend giving them a try.
