Best information on Best Western Hotels + New York State + U.S.
People who move around a lot require hotels. It's a travelling kind of thing, but you shouldn't have to tolerate substandard service. Let me give you some advice on how to get a really good deal from your hotel experience.
1. Dont get a room next to an elevator, or in the vicinity of an ice maker, or any other kind of vending machine. Everything might appear perfect before you go to bed. But afterwards when the lights are out you will find it impossible to ignore the tremblings and hear the tiniest of noises all the way until morning.

***** 5 star hotels - simply sumptuous luxury.
**** 4 star hotels - still quite magnificent.
*** 3 star hotels - probably the quality of hotel most of us use.
** 2 star hotels - still acceptable, but with less frills.
* 1 star hotels - the economy range. | 2. If a room can't be found away from external noises, keep in mind to pack some earplugs before setting out. You can improvise by putting soft paper inside your ears, but a proper pair of earplugs will be much more effective and give a more natural feeling, allowing you to have a far superior rest for the night.
3. Take a close look at the alarm clock in your room to make sure it has been turned off. Every so often previous guests with a strange sense of humour set the room alarm clock to a time in the 'wee small hours' for a bit of fun. It may seem funny to them at the time, but I'll bet that when it rings at 5am, you won't laugh as you suddenly come awake in a strange darkened room while an alarm clock clanging in your ears!
4. Before you finally bed down, don't forget the route from your bed to the toilet, and be clear that the route is not cluttered up with unnecessary things. If a trip to the bathroom become necessary later falling asleep again is often easy enough. But you're likely to stay wide awake should you bang your foot on the side of a shoe carelessly left on the path from your bed to the bathroom.
5. Be sure that the blinds of your room windows are tightly shut. A ray of sunshine landing on you sleeping face through a crack in the curtains can awaken you more easily than you really want to know. You know it's the end part of a night's sleep that stand superior. Don't upset such a special time.
On the other hand, when all's said and done it's your life, and you're free to make your own choices. However my advice are useful to me when I'm on the move and staying in hotel rooms, so I'm recommending those strategies to you.
